Through very detailed Discovery Documents, we help you prepare for implementation, establish project success criteria, and plan the project scope, including guidelines, schedule, risk mitigation and communications. We ask the questions, and you provide the direction. Our Plan is to build a unique solution that works for you.

We go through the Discovery Documents you completed and collaborate with your diverse departments to understand their needs, and then work with your core project team to design a consolidated solution that maximizes UKG Ready’s performance and overall business benefits.
Build
We then build your solution according to your business requirements, a process that includes configuring our platform, managing your data migration, designing, and implementing connectivity.
Test & Certify
We introduce you to your dedicated Client Service Representative at this phase to as we test and certify what was built for you. Through system and integration testing we solve all critical open items, perform end-user training, and plan for the launch of your instance of UKG Ready.

We are with you every step of the way to assist in your transition from a project oriented, pre-production environment to a successful and live UKG Ready platform backed by PayServ System's dedicated support team.
Free Training
Throughout the build, up to and through live we will be providing you with free training for all administrator and managers. This training doesn’t stop when you are live though. The training continues for the live of our relationship, for FREE!
